Charley Scrivener Director
Charley is a business consultant who advises banks and credit unions in the small and medium-sized business sectors. Charley had a lengthy career at CIBC leading specialist teams which financed franchise systems, automotive dealer groups as well as partners of major legal and accounting firms. He is past Treasurer of the Canadian Franchise Association and Director of the International Franchise Association located in Washington, DC.
Charley and Patricia are former Torontonians who have owned a home in Niagara-on-the-Lake since 2014, making it their permanent home in 2021.
Charley’s interests include sailing (past Vice Commodore at RCYC), tennis, golf, theatre and enjoying long jaunts on his motorcycle.
