One Time Event

Please join us for tea, savouries, and sweets by Niagara's Finest Hotels, as well as wine by Konzelmann, served in a traditional manner in the garden of CharLou. Discover the history of one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s premier historic homes and its residents over time. Special guests will be in attendance.

CharLou sits amid beautiful trees and gardens on one acre in the centre of Old Town, on land granted by the Crown to David Burns in 1796. The house was constructed in 1845 by Alexander Davidson, the first mayor of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The original house remains lovingly cared for and has been enhanced over the years.

This fundraiser supports the Niagara-on-the-Lake Museum's delivery of quality programs and assists the Museum in preserving the history our community. Join us for a preview of the exciting plans for the Museum.
